Jakarta Transportation and Health Agency educated 116 traders of food and beverage in Kalideres Terminal how to manage a business place and make clean and healthy food products.

It was aimed to make their products is safe and deserves to be consumed. 

"Our education includes how to choose raw materials and management of healthy food and beverages for consumption by passengers in terminal," expressed Kalideres Bus Terminal Executing Unit Head, Revi Zulkarnaen, Thursday (5/16).

West Jakarta Health Sub-agency's Public Health Section Head, Nita explained that she wanted to encourage them to get used to applying clean and healthy lifestyle.

"We also urge them not to use dangerous substances in the management of food and beverages," he stated.
