Thousand Islands Government continues rearrangement in Karya Island, Panggang Island Urban Village, North Thousand Islands. 250 joint personnel from PJLP, PPSU, Satpol PP, Gulkarmat, and urban village civil apparatuses deployed to hold communal work to clean and beautify several locations on Wednesday (5/22).

Panggang Island Urban Village Head, Pepen Kuswandi mentioned, this rearrangement is done to prepare the locations ahead of Eid holiday.

For long-term planning, Thousand Islands Government plans to activate offices in Karya Island as the location for agriculture pilot project and new tourists destination.
"Our plan is to clean up Karya Island eastern coast and paint facilities, infrastructures, and ring road embankment," he stated.
