4,276 Eid Buses Ready to Serve Homecomers

Jakarta Transportation Agency has allocated 4,276 buses to transport homecomers in four main terminals and four back up terminals.

In details, 2,087 out of them are for main terminals and 2,189 other buses are for back up terminals

"In details, 2,087 out of them are for main terminals and 2,189 other buses are for back up terminals," expressed Transportation Agency's Technical Management Unit Head, Muslim, Tuesday (5/28).

Those 2,087 buses in main terminals are divided into two categories, namely 1,717 regular buses and 370 back up buses. It is also applied on buses in back up terminals, namely 1,717 regular buses and 472 back up buses.

It is applied, as the passenger surge is predicted on Wednesday (5/29) night.

"As for the peak of homecoming is predicted to occur on D-3 until D-1 of Eid," he told.
