2,859 People Enjoy PTSP Services in North Jakarta

Throughout Eid holiday, it has been noted that 2,859 people in North Jakarta have accessed the office of the one-stop integrated service (PTSP). 

The number is quite a lot, but still less than normal days

"The number is quite a lot, but still less than normal days," said North Jakarta PTSP Executing Unit Head, Lamhot Tambunan, Monday (6/10).

But, starting today, the service in 31 urban villages, 6 sub-districts and city level already operating as usual.

Of 2,859 applicants, 15 out of them accessed the PTSP office at city level, 547 people accessed the Cilincing Sub-district PTSP office, 321 people accessed the Koja Sub-district office, 294 people accessed the Penjaringan Sub-district PTSP office, 804 people accessed the Tanjung Priok Sub-district PTSP office, and 160 people accessed the Pademangan Sub-district office.

"All of our officers are present and have returned to work as usual," he said.

In response to the low number of applicants, Sunter Jaya Urban Village PTSP Executing Unit Head, Endi Rahmani uttered, it is predictably triggered by people who are still in their hometown. 

"Nevertheless, the service remains maximum with the presence of all employees," he stated.
