Sarana Jaya to Build Commercial Mixed-Use Building in Lebak Bulus

This year, Perumda Sarana Jaya plans to build commercial housing with concept of mixed-use building on Jalan Lebak Bulus Raya, Cilandak, South Jakarta which is located beside Lebak Bulus MRT Station.

Our estimation is to finish the construction in the next four years

Perumda Sarana Jaya Development Director, Denan M. Kaligis stated, this mixed-use building will be built on 1.9 hectares land.

"Now, we are still designing it. Our estimation is to finish the construction in the next four years," he conveyed, Monday (7/1).

This building is planned to provide office, retail, apartment and 400 meters sky bridge that connects to Lebak Bulus MRT Station.
