Today, Kramat Jati Water Resources (SDA) Unit has done cleaning water channel on Jalan Cililitan Besar, Cililitan, Kramat Jati, East Jakarta.
This channel silted up due to piles of garbage and debris
According to information from Kramat Jati SDA Unit Head, Muchlis, this channel with length around 20 meters, width 1 meter, and depth 2 meters has been cleaned by 11 personnel using hoe, garden fork, crowbar, dustpan and sack.
Tegal Amba River Getting Cleaned"This channel silted up due to piles of garbage and debris. We need to clean it immediately thus water can flow smoothly," he said, Monday (7/8).
Until today, his side has collected 350 sacks of garbage from cleaning this channel.
