South Jakarta Vice Mayor, Isnawa Adji opens the first batch of Independent Entrepreneur Training (PPTKM) at Anggrek Lebak Bulus Children-Friendly Integrated Public Space (RPTRA) on Jalan Haji Gandum, Lebak Bulus Urban Village, Cilandak Sub-district.

There are 50 participants joined in the first batch who will train to make various types of deep fried crackers (kerupuk) during July 8-12.

South Jakarta Manpower and Transmigration (Nakertrans) Sub-department Head, Sudrajad mentioned, this training is given for free to South Jakartans. Not only in Anggrek Lebak Bulus RPTRA, but this training is also held in Asoka RPTRA in Jati Padang Urban Village (2nd batch), and Taman Sawo RPTRA in Cipete Utara Urban Village (3rd batch).
"One participant can only join once for one training field. Besides, this training isn't available for those who have joined other trainings held by other sub-departments. All participants have been registered in our system through their single identity number (NIK)," he explained.
Anita, one of the first batch participants said PPTKM is very useful for her since she wants to be fish cracker producers.
"This training can help me gaining more knowledge and skills to start and develop fish cracker business in the future," she expressed.
