West Jakarta Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil) Sub-department has distributed 2,516 of 3,070 Temporary Domicile Certificates (SKDS) that have been issued for non-permanent residents or newcomers in West Jakarta.

"It remains 5,801 SKDS that haven't been issued, but we are optimistic that we can finish it next week and distribute it immediately," he asserted.
