PT. JUP Entrusted to Manage Fatmawati MRT Station's Park and Ride

PT. Jakarta Utilitas Propertindo (JUP), one of PT. Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro)'s subsidiaries, is entrusted to manage park and ride facility at Fatmawati MRT Station, South Jakarta.

Park and ride facility has been opened since March 24

This parking lot is owned by PT. Jaktour. It has 18 thousand meters in total and 3 thousand meters of it will be used for park and ride facility and Transjakarta shuttle bus.

MRT Park And Ride Facilities in Lebak Bulus Get Positive Response

"Park and ride facility has been opened since March 24, but parking fees are applied after Jakarta PTSP has issued its management permit or from July 12," mentioned Mufti Iqbal Tawaqal, Corporate Communication of PT. Jakarta Utilitas Propertindo, Wednesday (7/24).

PT. JUP is chosen to manage Fatmawati MRT Station parking lot because it applies flat parking fees and has a safety parking management.

"We charge Rp 5,000 for a car, Rp 2,000 for motorcycle, and Rp 1,000 for bicycle. It is a flat rate that applies from 5.30 AM to 10.30 PM," he informed.

Using this flat rate, PT. JUP's income can reach Rp 428,000 per day from parking fees.
