Jakarta Tax and Levy Agency (BPRD) now provides vehicle tax (PKB) service in five sub-district offices representing each Jakarta regions.

This service is provided in Penjaringan Sub-district Office (North Jakarta), Pasar Minggu Sub-district Office (South Jakarta), Kebon Jeruk Sub-district Office (West Jakarta), Pulogadung Sub-district Office (East Jakarta), and Kemayoran Sub-district Office (Central Jakarta).
"This service is provided to facilitate taxpayers who want to pay their vehicle taxes. We want to make it closer to residents," said Faisal Syafruddin, Jakarta BPRD Head, Thursday (7/25).
Residents who want to pay vehicle tax should bring their ID (KTP), vehicle registration document (STNK), and original and copy of vehicle ownership document (BPKB).
"Our service opens on Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 3 PM and on Saturday from 8 AM to 12 PM," he informed.
This service, he continued, is only available for vehicle tax payment in the current year. Other than that, taxpayers will be instructed to go to central Samsat based on their domicile for further service.
