City to Open Second Stage Registration for Zero Down-payment Housing

Until the last day (8/4), as many as 1,063 applicants participated in the submission process on the mortgage loans (KPR) for zero down-payment housing. They are part of 1,790 applicants who have passed the selection.

Jakarta Housing Ownership Agency Head, Dzikran Kurniawan expressed, at Klapa Village Low-cost Apartment (Rusunami), East Jakarta, it is noted that 1,364 people attended at the location, 1,063 people were invited applicants and the rest 301 people wanted to find information on the program and interested in registering.

"Bank DKI also has processed 1,063 KPR forms from the applicants," he expressed as quoted by Jakarta PPID Press Release, Monday (8/5).

Further, the KPR is processed and the applicants who get credit approval will be contacted in two until three weeks for credit agreement process. After it is finished, the key handover will be done within a few weeks.

Responding the high public interest at the location, the Jakarta Provincial Government will open the second stage registration on August 7, 2019 at the Klapa Village Rusunami, East Jakarta for one week.

Then it will be continued on August 14 at the UFPRS office under Jakarta Public Housing and Settlement Agency, Jatibar Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta.

Every person can register for the new program location and to be a waiting list on the Klapa Vilage residential if there are still available units. The registration form can be downloaded at samawa.jakarta.go.id.

"If there are still units left from this first stage, the applicants who pass the second stage can also be included to get units of Klapa Village Rusunami," he said.
