Kebon Sirih Citizens Happy to Taste Processed Qurban Meat

Citizens looked happy tasting Chef Ragil's processed qurban meat distributed by the Jakarta Provincial Government during Dapur Qurban Program held in the Kebon Sirih Urban Village Office, Jalan Jaksa, Central Jakarta. 

This program is very good. Because we don't need to bother cooking anymore

Each of them received a food box containing rendang, white rice, balado potatoes, green beans, carrots and corn.

Sakinah (32), a citizen of RW 02 Kebon Sirih admitted that she is happy to receive this package of processed meat.

"This program is very good. Because we don't need to bother cooking anymore, moreover it is cooked by a chef from Borobudur Hotel," she expressed, Monday (8/12).

Similar statement was also stated by another citizen, Sumiyati. "We don't need to cook and just eat at home," she said.  

Kebon Sirih Urban Village Head, Indarto explained, in this chance, as many as 200 boxes prepared to be distributed. 

"It has already been cooked. Besides it has been tested so it is very feasible given to locals, especially poor people," he stressed. 

He hoped that similar event could be held again and the food could be added again next year.

"Previously we just got raw meat, but now it has been cooked. So it is more efficient," he said.
