This year, Kebayoran Baru Public Hospital (RSUD), South Jakarta, returns to be chosen as the role model of public service providers in Jakarta ahead of Public Service Provider Assessment from Administrative Reform Bureaucracy Reform (PANRB) Ministry that will be announced this October.Kebayoran Baru RSUD Launches IT-Based Services
Kebayoran Baru RSUD Director, Friana Asmely explained, last year Kebayoran Baru RSUD had received appreciation from PANRB Ministry as Public Service Provider in Good Category.
"This assessment is carried out throughout Indonesia as regulated in PANRB Ministry Regulation No.17/2017 about Guidelines for Performance Evaluation of Public Service Provider Units," she stated, Wednesday (8/14).
According to her, Kebayoran Baru RSUD has implemented standardized public services and innovations to accelerate its service in all units, starts from administration counter, public relation, emergency department, radiology, and pharmacy.
"We also provide various facilities for our priority patients such as pregnant women, toddler, elderly, and disabled people," she added.
Moreover, Kebayoran Baru RSUD also facilitates patients who want to buy medicines via online through SIDOeL and SILONTAR RASA BARU programs.
"Patients just need to input their medical record number which is written in patient card and show it to customer support as the proof that they have registered online. This way, patient doesn't need to queue at the administration counter. While for the new patient can fill personal information form in SIDOeL to cut the time filling the same form at the hospital," she conveyed.
She expects this chance can encourage her side to improve Kebayoran Baru RSUD's service standard and create better innovations in order to achieve award from PANRB Ministry.
