Web-Based Taxpayer Profiling Socialization Given at Manggis RPTRA

Palmerah Tax and Levy Service Unit (UPPRD), West Jakarta, held web-based taxpayer profiling socialization, especially regarding self assessment, at Manggis RPTRA, Thursday (8/15). This socialization was participated by taxpayers that related with hotel, restaurant, parking, and entertainment industries.

In this socialization, we want to educate taxpayers about their responsibilities

Palmerah UPPRD Head, Sigit Paryono explained, web-based taxpayer profiling will be used as a database in calculating the potentials, monitoring tax collecting process, and ensuring taxpayers to fulfill their responsibility.

"It is our innovation to give updated information regarding taxpayer's profile, especially self-assessment," he conveyed.

This activity can help his side to improve taxpayers data quality in Tax and Levy Agency (BPRD) system since it will be used as a reference to take strategic decision regarding local tax.

"In this socialization, we want to educate taxpayers about their responsibilities alongside with the issuance of new regulations and Jakarta Governor's instruction in improving local revenue, especially from tax sector," he explained.
