Car Free Day, KUKMP Encourages Traders to Maintain Cleanliness

Jakarta Cooperative, Small Medium Enterprises, and Trade (KUKMP) Department intensifies its socialization towards traders on Car Free Day (CFD) about Trading Regulation.

We want to encourage them to be responsible in main taining cleanliness

There are two points that should be obeyed by traders. First is traders should bring broom and waste container. Second, they should clean up area around their stall before leaving the location.

"We want to encourage them to be responsible in maintaining cleanliness in their stalls and its surrounding," conveyed Adi Ariantara, Jakarta KUKMP Department Head, Tuesday (8/27).

Odd-Even Expansion Keeps Being Socialized

His side deploys 15-20 personnel from 5 Jakarta regions to socialize the traders in turns every week. While monitoring is done along Jalan Sudirman and Jalan MH. Thamrin.

"Socialization has been done three times until last week. It becomes our routinity to socialize traders on CFD areas about this regulation. We hope Trading Regulation can be implemented well," he conveyed.
