PAUD Students in Untung Island Learn About Firefighter Profession

North Jakarta Fire Handling and Rescue (Gulkarmat) Sub-department socialized firefighter profession to 20 students and 12 teachers and student's parents of Bunga Mawar Early Childhood Education Program (PAUD) at Arsa Park, Untung Jawa Island, South Thousand Islands, this Tuesday (9/17).

We hope participants to know more about our profession and job

North Jakarta and Thousand Islands Gulkarmat's South Thousand Islands Sector 8 Leader, Eko Mahendro stated, his side introduces firefighter's uniform and equipment, especially used for extinguishing fire.

"We hope participants to know more about our profession and job," he expressed.

Central Jakarta Gulkarmat Holds Fire Socialization in Kemayoran

In this socialization, PAUD student's parents and teachers are also explained how to extinguish fire using wet sack and fire extinguisher.

His side also reminds participants for not playing fire or matches and report to the firefighter at the nearest fire station if fire can't be handled alone. Other way is to call Jakarta Siaga Emergency Call at 112 or fire extingusiher call center at 113.
