East Jakarta Social Distributes Food to Fire Victims in Jatinegara

East Jakarta Social Sub-department continues to distribute foods for fire victims of RW 01 Rawa Bunga and RW 06 Balimester, Jatinegara.

It is supply for a week. But if it is still not enough, we are ready to provide more for them

East Jakarta Social Sub-department's Social Protection and Handling of the Poor Section Head, Abdul Salam stated, his side not only distributes food, but also prepares staple food supplies in public kitchen.

"It is supply for a week. But if it is still not enough, we are ready to provide more for them," he stated, Monday (9/23).

City Distributes Sanitation and Clean Water Facilities for Fire Victims

Knowing the condition on the field, he assessed that his side can distribute food until next week.

For fire victims needs for a week, his side prepared 600 kilograms of rice, 45 kilograms of egg, 28 12 kg-size gas cylinders, 50 chickens, 20 kilograms of potato, 45 kilograms of jackfruit, and 24 cartons of bottled mineral water per day.

His side also prepared 2 cartons of cooking oil (24 pcs/2 liter each), 20 kilograms green been porridge and 580 slices of white bread, and others.

"Meanwhile, East Jakarta Red Cross (PMI) will distribute foods for their dinner," he stated.
