TPB Karhutla Gives Full Efforts to Put Out Fires

Jakarta Integrated Task Force on Forest and Land Fire Disaster Management (TPB Karthula) gives full efforts to put out forest fires at Puding Village, Kumpeh Sub-district, Muaro Jambi Regency, Jambi.

All we can see is only smoke

Formerly, TPB Karhutla extinguished hot spots that spread up to one kilometers. Even though it is full of risks, Jakarta TPB Karhutla Taskforce Team Commander, Kusnanto asserted, his team will give full efforts to put out the fire forest.

"All we can see is only smoke. It is like a fog that doesn't fade away," he expressed, Tuesday (9/24).

Meanwhile, Feri Handantika, one of Jakarta Fire Handling and Rescue (Gulkarmat) Department personnel who participates in Jakarta TPB Karhutla Taskforce Team mentioned, his side is difficult to breath because oxygen level is low in the area.

"Its smoke really drained my energy, it makes me hard to breath," he stated.

Other TPB Karhutla Taskforce personnel, Supriharyono conveyed, all team personnel will do their best to put out fire forest in Jambi.

"We will try our best and pray. Hopefully Jambi residents can be free from this fire forest and smoke disaster soon," he stated.
