The Panggang Island Urban Village Puskesmas has provided an integrated health service post (Posyandu) for teenagers, which aims to suppress the occurrence of cases of early marriage and juvenile delinquency cases.

The posyandu which is held twice a month is held at the Tanjong Timor Panggang Island RPTRA

It is also to provide education and consultation on reproductive health, counseling on how to stop smoking and prevention.

"The posyandu which is held twice a month is held at the Tanjong Timor Panggang Island RPTRA," disclosed North Thousand Islands Panggang Island Urban Village Puskesmas Head, Susilowati, Thursday (9/26).

In addition to serving counseling, the medical personnel also serve health medical check-up such as height measurement, weight measurement and blood pressure.

"Hopefully this can create a healthy lifestyle starting with teenagers as an example for its citizens," she stated.
