BSF is an organic waste management method that uses maggot larvae

Regarding waste management, PD. Dharma Jaya Business Director, Mohammad Adam Ali Bhutto stated, his side owns a land as wide as 4,500 square meters that is used for Black Soldier Flies (BSF) and organic waste that can be produced in BSF.

"BSF is an organic waste management method that uses maggot larvae. Maggot larvae can be used to produce poultry feed and Its powder also can be mixed with cow feed," he explained, Thursday (10/3).

Meanwhile, Pasar Jaya Perumda currently produces 563 tons of waste that is mostly contained with organic waste. Then other operation unit also manages to collect and sort the waste.

"Thus we will cooperate thus waste from markets can be managed well into something usefull," he stated.
