The PT Jakarta Industrial Estate Pulogadung (JIEP) is intensively socializing industrial estate land management regulations to prospective investors.
"As the manager, we have the authority as the holder of land management rights (HPL) who can recommend building use rights for land use to industrial companies. Thus, there have been many misconceptions regarding the building use rights in industrial estates as ownership rights," expressed PT JIEP Corporate Secretary Head Purwati, Saturday (10/5).
PT JIEP Develops International Industry AreaThis socialization is done through the From Group Discussion (FGD) and a meeting with investors to provide awareness that there are areas with HPL land status and industrial clerks whose land status is not HPL.
"This is what we want to show up, thus they can understand the contractual agreement between PT JIEP and the investors, so there will be no misunderstanding," he stated.
