Jambi DPRD Learns Program Monitoring Mechanism from Jakarta DPRD

We learn from the mechanism and tips that are done

The Jambi City Legislative Council (DPRD) members conduct a working visit to the Jakarta DPRD, which aims to learn the program monitoring mechanism, on Monday (10/7).

Jambi City DPRD's Commission IV Chairman Jasrul said the Jakarta Provincial Government manages a very large City Budget (APBD). That is why he needs insight and knowledge related to the supervision in Jakarta.

"We learn from the mechanism and tips that are done," he expressed, in the Jakarta DPRD's Commission D room, Jalan Kebon Sirih, Gambir, Central Jakarta.

Jakarta DPRD Member Hasan Basri Umar who leads the group visit expressed the supervision conducted is actually not much different from other DPRDs in Indonesia.

"To optimize it, we do direct observations to the field to ensure the program runs," he explained.

Every council member needs to conduct supervision in accordance with its function. Thus, the budget is used in accordance with planning and maximum results.

"I think direct observations to the field becomes an important point," he stressed.
