The Jakarta Provincial Government keeps campaigning the Let's Save with Waste in the capital in a bid to support the Gubernatorial Instruction number 157/2016 on promotion and development of waste bank.

As the initial stage, this movement targets students from all schools in Jakarta, either public or private.
Jakarta Environment Agency Head Andono Warih revealed waste reduction at the source that is a regional strategic activity needs movement from all communities, including school students.

"It also follows up the circular letter of the Education and Culture and Culture Ministry to Governors and Regents/Mayors throughout Indonesia dated May 27, 2019 number 5811/D/HK 2019 about Student Deposit Program, to support the one student one account program," he explained.
North Jakarta Vice Regent Ali Maulana Hakim targets students to be registered in a waste bank by having a bank account.
"We have educated them about a good environment, this habit will continue to spread to the environment," he stated.
