It's time we do work together

Along with the Jakarta Content Creator Community, the Jakarta Provincial Government is holding a 'Jakarta Third Room' photo exhibition. It takes place in Blok G, Ground Floor, Jakarta City Hall on October 19-20, starting at 9 AM to 5 PM.

Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan, had the opportunity to attend on the first day and opened the event symbolically, on Saturday (19/10).

Besides enhancing the presence of a comfortable Public Third Room for Jakartans to do activities and interact, it also gives a different feeling about the City of Jakarta.

"Thank you for being together as Jakartans making the nuances in our society about Jakarta more positive. Keep working, let us enjoy the works of our all friends. I had seen the photos here, this gives a different feeling about our city," he expressed, as quoted by Jakarta PPID's press release.

As known, the city has massively carried out public infrastructure development in the last two years. It is a full commitment in presenting a comfortable Public Third Room for residents, either for activities or for interaction. It also involves the role of the community. Surely this is in accordance with the concept of City 4.0, where the government as a collaborator and the community as a co-creator.

His party continues to open up to collaborate in which the whole community can make photography works for the city of Jakarta. Even there are many perspectives about Jakarta, from its buildings to its human life. Thus Jakarta has become the story of millions of people from various backgrounds with so many events and activities that can be impressive documentation.

"It's time we do work together. The innovations that exist in the community together with the government that has the authority work together then appear to be a breakthrough that is felt by people. We are grateful to be the host in exhibiting the work of content creators, especially photography on the face of Jakarta. This photo work will be exhibited and expanded in other places. So the wider community can see it," he explained.

Jakarta Content Creator Community (JCCC) spokesperson Bagas Djinargo expressed his appreciation to the city government and all those who have been involved in collaborating on the event. Through this event, he wanted to show that in Jakarta there were very many third rooms that could be explored more.

"For instance, has anyone ever noticed that the sidewalk on Jalan Jenderal Sudirman is wide so there is plenty of room to interact? That is one of the many third spaces in Jakarta," he exclaimed.

@Bagasfeka instagram account owner adds, the Public Third Room in Jakarta today is the fruit of collaboration between the government and residents.

"We strongly support the idea to increase the Third Room in Jakarta. Enjoy this event. We want to show the other side of the Public Third Room in Jakarta through our work. Hopefully we can better protect it and maybe always add the Third Room for our children and grandchildren," he uttered.

As for the information, the Jakarta Content Creator Community is an idea that emerged from several photographers and content creators from various communities in Jakarta.

In this photo exhibition, dozens of photographers and content creators showed their beautiful works with the theme 'The Third Room of Jakarta'.

It aims to display a number of locations of Public Third Spaces in Jakarta, which are a meeting place for people in Jakarta. In addition, there is also a discussion that presented a number of renowned photographers and a community of photographers and other hobbies.

These photographers and creators are those who consistently upload their work on social media. All of them have in common the upload of developments in Jakarta. They all want to show that Jakarta is getting better and not inferior to other global cities.

Besides being a means of displaying the work of various photographers and content creators, with various tools such as mobile cameras, cameras and drones, is also a means to improve the quality of the work of content creators.
