50 Artisans in Thousand Islands Given an Understanding of Online Marketing

As many as 50 artisans from five cities and districts in Thousand Islands, participated in online sales and marketing training held by the Jakarta National Crafts Council (Dekranasda) in the Jakarta Creative Hub Building, on Monday (10/28).

There are many new artisans and ready to become independent and professional entrepreneurs

Jakarta Dekranasda Treasurer Sri Indriyanti said the training was held to motivate them to develop businesses to become independent and professional entrepreneurs.

Aside that, her side had also carried out 12 of 14 craft exhibition agendas participated by all the coached artisans.

"The handicraft business in the capital nowadays is growing rapidly. There are many new artisans and ready to become independent and professional entrepreneurs," she expressed.

She also helped them to process licensing, capital loans through banks and facilitation to get adoptive fathers from the business community.

"They are ready to inject capital for developing handicraft business in the future," she stated.
