The Jakarta Legislative Council (DPRD)'s Commission C began to hold a meeting to discuss the 2020 budget priorities and preliminary threshold (KUA-PPAS). It was led by the Commission C Chairperson Habib Muhammad bin Salim Alatas.

It was also attended by ranks of executives; Assistant Secretary for Economy and Finance Sri Haryati; Financial Management Agency Head Edi Sumantri and Asset Management Agency Head Pujiyono.

There wer e also Manpower and Transmigration Agency Head Andri Yansyah; KUKMP Agency Head Adi Ariantara; Tourism and Culture Agency Head Edy Junaedi; PRKP Agency Head Kelik Indriyanto; Industry and Energy Agency Acting Head Ricki Marojahan Mulia; BPRD Head Faisal Syafruddin and BPBD Head and Fire and Rescue Agency Acting Head Subejo.

Assistant Secretary for Economy and Finance Sri Haryati disclosed, on October 16, the executive through Regional Budget Team (TAPD) had submitted a revision of the draft 2020 KUA-PPAS.

"We revised from the original plan amounting to Rp 95.99 trillion to Rp 89.44 trillion," she expressed, at Jakarta Council Building, Monday (10/28).

There is efficiency by Rp 6.5 trillion. It was done due to the unrealized revenue from the regional balance post amounting to Rp 6.39 trillion.

"We make adjustments to make the 2020 City Budget (APBD) more realistic," he explained.

Jakarta DPRD's Commission C Chairman Habib Muhammad bin Salim Alatas asserted he appreciates the leadership of the Regional Working Unit (SKPD) that is present directly in the meeting.

"We want to work quickly and thoroughly. Moreover it must be closed by November 30," he stressed.

He added it would continue in the coming time before being taken to the Budget Committee (Banggar).

"Let's finish it with a full sense of responsibility in managing public money," he closed.
