Rp 396 Billion Proposed for Formula E

The Jakarta Youth and Sports Agency, proposed a budget allocation for the commitment costs of the Formula E racing which falls on June 6, 2020, amounting to Rp 396 billion.

It is proposed through a meeting about the 2020 budget priorities and preliminary threshold (KUA-PPAS) along with Jakarta DPRD's Commission E

"It is proposed through a meeting about the 2020 budget priorities and preliminary threshold (KUA-PPAS) along with Jakarta DPRD's Commission E," expressed Jakarta Youth and Sports Agency Head, Iman Satria, Tuesday (10/29).

He strongly supports it, as it will bring many positive impacts on economic development and tourism.

Commission C Expects Executives to Optimize Regional Revenue

The agency also proposed a grant for Jakarta KONI in the amount of Rp 378 billion plus PON facilities and infrastructures in the amount of Rp 50 billion.

"We're targeting to regain the overall championship at the next year's PON held in Papua," he explained.

For 2020 budget, his party did not propose the allocation of funds for the construction or renovation of 40 sport centers spread across 44 sub-districts.

"This is because 40 sport centers are still in good condition," he stated.
