South Jakarta Targets to Collect Rp 3.263 Trillion for PBB-P2

South Jakarta Tax and Levy Sub-department is targeting to collect Rp 3.263 trillion for urban and rural land and building tax (PBB-P2).

"Until October 28, our PBB-P2 revenue has reached Rp 2.787 trillion or 85.41 percent," stated Yuspin Dramatin, Head of South Jakarta Tax and Levy Sub-department, Wednesday (10/30).
One of his efforts to achieve this year's target is by issuing 444,773 PBB-P2 Notification Letter of Tax Payable, Land and Property Tax (SPPT) for taxpayers.

Moreover, his side wil also issue tax collecting letter which is signed by South Jakarta Mayor, Marullah Matali for the taxpayers who haven't paid PBB-P2 with total tax arrears above Rp 50 million.
"Alhamdulillah, we have received 80 percent from total tax arrears," he added.
Meanwhile, South Jakarta Vice Mayor, Isnawa Adji wants civil apparatuses (ASN) in sub-district to work harder thus PBB-P2 target could be achieved.
"I want them to check PBB-P2 SPPT that haven't been sent and another tax arrears that should be collected," he stated.
