December, Daan Mogot Reservoir Development Finished

The Daan Mogot Reservoir development in Duri Kosambi Urban Village, Cengkareng, West Jakarta has reached 50 percent.

"Yesterday I reviewed the location directly. After the work is done, it will continue with the establishment of the overall reservoir area," expressed Jakarta Water Resources Agency Head Juaini Yusuf, Thursday (11/7).

It will be one of the sources of raw water to meet the needs of clean water for the Pesakih Flat Tower citizens.

This Year, Daan Mogot Reservoir Developed

"This reservoir will be multifunctional. So, not only to minimize inundation or flooding," he explained.

It can also accommodate water from the effluents from the IPAL in each flat.

"After meeting the quality standards, the waste water flowed into the reservoir will be processed into clean water and then distributed to the flat units," he told.

He added it would also be a green open space (RTH) that is completed with jogging track facilities to a bridge that can be used for selfies.

"Surely they can interact with each other there," he uttered.

He is optimistic that the project developed with the naturalization concept with a budget by Rp 12 billion, will be completed in December.

"Its land is about 1.2 hectares, I'm sure it will finish soon," he stated.
