Commission B Approves Adjusted KUA-PPAS Proposed by Disparbud

The Commission B agreed to the adjusted 2020 budget priorities and preliminary threshold (KUA-PPAS) in the amount of Rp 618.84 billion proposed by Jakarta Tourism and Culture Department (Disparbud).

After being approved , it will be submitted to Budget Agency (Banggar)

Commission B Chairman, Abdul Azis stated, review on Disparbud's KUA-PPAS has been finalized.

"Alhamdulillah, after reviewing it for several days, it has been finalized. We have knocked the hammer," he asserted, Thursday (11/14).

Commission B Increases Budget for Kota Tua UPK

According to him, Regional Strategic Activity (KSD) in Disparbud that is categorized as superior in Council is Formula E and tourism promotion.

"We increase the budget with purpose this activity and promotion can increase the regional revenue," he stated.

By giving approval to Disparbud's budget proposal, he added, it means the Commission B has completed the review on KUA-PPAS together with Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) in economy sector.

"After being approved by Commission B, it will be submitted to Budget Agency (Banggar)," he mentioned.

Meanwhile, Disparbud Acting Head, Alberto Ali explained, there will be a change in Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) next year. Disparbud will be divided into 2 OPDs; Tourism and Creative Economy Department and Culture Department.

"Budget has been approved with total Rp 618.84 billion. Rp 339.57 billion will be allocated to Tourism and Creative Economy Department and Rp 279.2 billion to Culture Department," he explained.

For information, previously they proposed Rp 540.24 billion for direct expenditure and Rp 184.18 for indirect expenditure.

"It will be used for 738 activities in 2020," he mentioned.
