Jakarta DPRD Approves 2020 Work Plan

Jakarta Council (DPRD) has approved 2020 Work Plan (Renja) through Joint Leadership Meeting (Rapimgab) together with all Board Fittings (AKD) representatives.

We have approved activities of each AKD, as well as work visit

Jakarta DPRD Deputy Chairperson, Zita Anjani mentioned, Rapimgab is done to continue the last meeting on Monday.

"We have approved activities of each AKD, as well as work visit," she stated at Jakarta DPRD Building, Tuesday (11/19).

DPRD Holds Joint Leadership Meeting

Not only improving monitoring function, she continued, DPRD will also hold Public Hearing Meeting (RDP) forum that involves several public organizations such as non-governmental organization (LSM) and others before her side reviewing the budget or regional regulation (perda) drafting.

"We will not give approval to budget or perda before hearing community's aspirations," she added.

Her side who also acts as Commission E Coordinator mentioned that Legislative will be active to be involved in the process of formulating pre-Regional Apparatus Work Plan (RKPD) as the implementation of monitoring function. Moreover, RPKD is the forerunner to budget priorities and preliminary threshold (KUA-PPAS).

"We will take a part in monitoring and synchronizing RPKD. RKPD document is strategic because there are community's aspirations inside of it," she told.

Through this Rapimgab, she expects all Jakarta DPRD 2020 Renja documents that have been compiled and approved can be done optimally by all leaders and members of each AKDs.

"After this, each AKDs will return to give the details of their work plans. Including the specific time and date that will be established through Consultative Board or Bamus," she explained.
