SBPRD Jakut akan Data Ulang Aset Pengembang Besar

Developers' Assets in North Jakarta will Be Re-recorded

Our initial target is big developer who builds an apartment

The North Jakarta Tax and Levies Agency (SBPRD) Head Irwanto is about to record data on the assets of big developers in its area, which aims to increase tax realization in the building and land acquisition tax (BPHTB) sector.

It also acts to update the existing developer asset data and will switch to consumers. By so, the transfer of tax object ownership from developers to consumers will be monitored and facilitate the BPHTB recording process.

Commission C Expects Asset Inventory to Be Optimized

"Our initial target is big developer who builds an apartment. Thus far some have been coordinated," he expressed, Wednesday (11/20).

This is because the potential income of BPHTB is relatively large. Based on the previous experience, its realization is unoptimal after several apartments' SPPT PBB is divided.

Additionally the data recording is also trusted to benefit the developers. Because, after the data is updated, it is known that ownership has moved will ease the developer tax burden.

"We also plan to intensify billing and jemput bola service to facilitate taxpayers," he stated.
