"KJP owners don't need to go to market or RPTRA to buy subsidized food. Moreover, they don't need to queue because food stalls open every day," he informed.

According to him, food stalls can be a food storage for Integrated Entrepreneurs Development (PKT) program participants. Because, micro small and medium enterprises (UMKM) can get cheaper price from that stall.

"UMKM has been registered in KUKMP Department. Later on, they can supply stalls around them in order to ensure food prices are stable and control the inflation rate," he explained.

Perumda Pasar Jaya has proposed Regional Capital Investment (PMD) in 2020 with total Rp 337 billion. It will be allocated for strengthening the food distribution infrastructure.

"It reaches Rp 144 billion. PMD is very important and we hope we can get it," he expressed.

Moreover, he will optimize asset reformation in order to attract more investors to cooperate with him.

"Formerly, our asset is in form of Usage Rights, but we will process it into Land Management Rights," he added.

Next year, Perumda Pasar Jaya also plans to develop market creation pattern by constructing residential which merged with traditional market.

"Currently we have realized it in Rumput Market. There are 1,948 occupancy in there. It will be a role model for market that is integrated with public housing. We are sure this market will be crowded because 1,948 families who live in there are the potential market," he stated.
