Nuansa Cilangkap Zero Down Payment will Have Complete Facilities

Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya President Director Yoori C Pinontoan explained that the total area of land was ± 2,9 ha with a single tower building area of ± 0.65 ha.

"This housing will have four towers, with details each has 850 units that have 24 floors and two types of occupancy, namely studio and two beds," he explained.

It i s compliance with the aim of Sustainable Development Goals/SDGs completed with supporting facilities, including shared spaces, community halls, prayer rooms, clinics, stalls, shops, playgrounds, community parks, schools, parking lot for motorcycle and Transjakarta.

"It doesn't only provide an impact in terms of visualization of development, yet also can positively affect the region from various aspects, such as the economy, education, health, social, environment and occupancy safety," he expressed.

Along with that, its project uses absorption wells and biopore holes to overcome puddle by increasing the absorbing power of water in the ground. We also intend to provide land as a living pharmacy park that emphasizes sustainability aspects for its citizens. Our vision and concept here has referred to SDGs which include several points such as:

It is the city's strategic program in accordance with Gubernatorial Regulation number 104/2018 on Housing Financing Facilities for Low-Income People. It seeks to realize social justice, where low-income people can get decent, comfortable and affordable housing.

So, people who are entitled can get housing by paying monthly installments. Previously in the first phase, the same project had been built in Nuansa Pondok Kelapa, East Jakarta, which was built on a 5,686-square meter land.
