The Jakarta Tax and Levy Agency (BPRD) keeps socializing tax obligations for vehicle owners, especially for moge (big motorcycle) in Senayan City area, Jalan Asia Afrika, Central Jakarta.

It is done, as there is still a tax relief policy in the form of eliminating administrative sanctions for motor vehicle taxes (PKB).

Tax Relief Month Socialized to Big Motorcycle Community

"Today we do approach to the community to maximize tax relief facilities," disclosed Jakarta BPRD Vice Head, Yuandi Bayak Miko, Sunday (12/22).

While the incentive to taxpayers for the vehicle ownership transfer fees (BBNKB) is still valid for the next five days.

"They must use this moment to finance development programs," he explained.

He recorded that around 40 percent of motorcycle owners have yet to pay taxes.

"In total our tax target is Rp 8.8 trillion and has been realized at Rp 8.6 trillion. There is still Rp 200 billion that should be the regional revenue," he told.

One of moge owners Samoel, very appreciated this relief policy.

"This is great, thus all vehicle owners can obey tax obligations," he stated.
