Gulkarmat and BPBD Personnel Deployed to Evacuate Residents Affected by Flood

Hundreds personnel from Jakarta Fire Handling and Rescue (Gulkarmat) Department and tens personnel from Jakarta Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) were deployed to evacuate residents.

Jakarta BPBD Acting Head (Plt) as well as Jakarta Gulkarmat Head, Subejo stated, personnel were deployed to evacuate residents, especially women, children, and elderly to the safer places immediately.

"Jakarta Government will provide the necessary assistance, especially related to basic needs," he stated.
