Five community health centers (puskesmas) in North Jakarta are used as health posts and shelters for flood victims, Wednesday (1/1).
All personnel are on standby to serve residents since morning
Besides, several health workers were deployed to serve the victims in each shelter posts built by the local urban villages.
North Jakarta Health Sub-department Head, Yudi Dimyati explained, those five puskesmas are Rorotan Puskesmas, Semper Barat Puskesmas, Sukapura Puskesmas, Kelapa Gading Timur Puskesmas, and Pegangsaan Puskesmas.

According to him, those puskesmas have been reactivated since areas affected by flood are quite severe. Thus people can have more options to choose where to stay.
