Jembatan Baru Bus Shelter Becomes Temporary Flood Victims Shelter

Jembatan Baru Transjakarta Bus Shelter, Cengkareng, West Jakarta is used as temporary shelter for local residents who are affected by flood, Wednesday (1/1).

For now, Jembatan Baru Bus Shelter can't be used for Transjakarta users

PT. Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) Corporate Secretary and Public Relation Division Head, Nadia Diposanjoyo stated, 50 residents evacuated in the bus shelter by this afternoon. This number is predicted to continue increasing.

"For now, Jembatan Baru Bus Shelter can't be used for Transjakarta users. Thus we hope they can get off to another bus shelter," she mentioned.

Until this morning, there are several Transjakarta corridors that have operated normally such as corridor 4 (Pulogadung - Tosari) and corridor 5 (Kampung Melayu - Ancol), corridor 7 (Kampung Rambutan - Kampung Melayu), corridor 11 (Pulogebang - Kampung Melayu) and corridor 12 (Penjaringan - Kelapa Gading MOI).
