Citizens are Urged to Use the Designated Official Terminals

For the safety and comfort of the people when traveling, the West Jakarta citizens are urged to use the designated official terminal.

"They can take a bus from official terminals such as Kalideres and Grogol terminals," stated West Jakarta Transportation Sub-agency (Sudinhub) Head, Erwansyah, Monday (2/3).

It has been stipulated in Law number 22/2009 on Traffic and Public Transportation. In Article 143, public transportation in the route must pick up or drop off passengers at the terminal.

"We encourage the public to be orderly and obey the rules. If it runs well, the buses will automatically also do the same," he stressed.

Besides that, the existence of illegal terminals could endanger passengers and cause traffic jam. Therefore, his party routinely conducts raid.
