Until End of This Year, 21 Infiltration Wells will Be Built in Kebayoran Lama

Kebayoran Lama Water Resources (SDA) Unit has constructed 21 infiltration wells since January until early February 2020. This unit targets to build total 100 wells until end of this year.

"13 wells will be built in Pondok Pinang Urban Village and 8 other wells in Kebayoran Lama Selatan Urban Village," informed Ardiansyah, Head of Kebayoran Lama Urban Village SDA Unit, Wednesday (2/5).
To realize them, as many as 10 personnel and one excavator will be prepared to the location. Gradually, those wells will be built evenly in six urban villages of Kebayoran Lama Sub-district.
Kembangan Sub-district Now Has 60 Infiltration Wells"Each wells will spend around Rp 2 million. Thus we need Rp 200 million in total," he explained.
Until now, his side has built 1 unit on Kebayoran Lama Selatan Urban Village's office yard, 3 units at SDN 09 Kebayoran Lama Selatan, 2 units on Jalan Pondok Hijau, 2 units on Jalan Muhi VIII, and 1 unit on Jalan Masjid Al Baroqah.
Next, 3 units on Jalan Muhi XII, 1 unit on Jalan Muhi IX, 1 unit on Jalan Muhi VII, 2 units on Jalan Ciputat Raya, 3 units at SDN 11 Kebayoran Lama Selatan, and 2 units on Jalan Metro Kencana V.
"Hopefully these wells can prevent inundation on settlements and maintain ground water availability," he said.
