150 People Enthusiastically Attended Fire Socialization at Anggrek Bintaro RPTRA

It is carried out at the request of school teachers and local people

As many as 150 people seemed enthusiastic to participate in the socialization of fire prevention and handling at the Anggrek Bintaro Child-Friendly Playground (RPTRA), Jalan Villa Anggrek, RT 08/12, Bintaro, Pesanggrahan, on Wednesday (2/19).

It was held in collaboration between the RPTRA caretaker and the South Jakarta Fire and Rescue Agency (Gulkarmat) Sub-agency.

"It is carried out at the request of school teachers and local people," expressed Anggrek Bintaro RPTRA Coordinator, Saidah Farida.

She stated those 150 participants consisted of teachers, student guardians and students of MI and MTS Aljihadiyah, PPSU members, RPTRA caretakers and locals.

At the same time, Pesanggrahan Sub-district Sector IV Platoon B Commander Wahyudin expressed every participant was trained in how to deal with fires triggered by gas tube leaks, as well as how to use portable fire extinguisher (APAR) and firefighter equipment.

"Hopefully it is able to minimize fire case in South Jakarta," he said.
