The West Jakarta Fire and Rescue (Gulkarmat) Sub-agency, managed to suck up puddles in several residential settlements in Grogol Petamburan and Palmerah sub-districts, West Jakarta, on Sunday (2/23).

We're sucking up inundation at four spots since morning and now has completed

Those settlements were one spot at Jalan Tanjung Duren Timur RT 09/05 (Grogol Petamburan Sub-district), three spots at Gg Cempaka RT 02/13, Jalan Batusari Gg Maya RT 02/13 and Jalan Taman Bunga 1 RT 05/01 Kota Bambu Selatan (Palmerah Sub-district).

"We're sucking up inundation at four spots since morning and now has completed," expressed West Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-agency Head, Eko Sumarno.

In each location, we sent four officers with one portable pump. Currently citizens could already conduct their activities as usual.

"The last action was done at Gg Cempaka and finished at 12.50 PM," he told.
