City Keeps Alerting Supporting Facilities in Stopping Spread of COVID-19

Take precautions, but don’t panic. That’s the message from state and national leaders as more cases of the coronavirus have been confirmed in Indonesia.

Seeing the statement above, Jakarta COVID-19 Response Team Post Coordinator Ani Ruspitawati disclosed the government is very serious, ready and able to handle this virus. To support it, her party continues to coordinate with the Health Ministry and provide AGD ambulances and two RSUDs.

"The virus can be cured. Stay calm but also be aware of this condition," she expressed, on the sidelines of a press conference at Great Hall, Jakarta City Hall, Monday (3/9), as quoted by Jakarta PPID's press release.

She furthered AGD ambulances are alerted to evacuate the suspected patients.

"Yesterday, we evacuated a patient. In total we already serve 11 people dated on March 8," she explained.

For massive coronavirus anticipation, the city coordinates with several hospitals, starting from Sulianti Saroso RSPI, Gatot Subroto RSPAD, Persahabatan RSUP, Fatmawati RSUP, Bhayangkara RSU, Mintoharjo RSAL, Cengkareng RSUD and Pasar Minggu RSUD, as referral hospitals. The total number of insulation room beds prepared is 125 beds.

She explained, there are 362 people who are under monitoring, with details 64 are still being monitored and 298 have passed monitoring stage.
