8 Portable Sinks Distributed to Urban Villages in Cipayung

Cipayung Sub-district, East Jakarta distributed 8 portable sinks to 8 urban villages in the region as an effort to prevent coronavirus disease (COVID-19) transmission.

We distribute the portable sinks to urban villages and place it in public areas thus people can access it easily

Cipayung Sub-district Head, Fajar Eko Satrio mentioned, those portable sinks were granted by one state-owned enterprise (BUMN) through CSR program.

"We distribute the portable sinks to urban villages and place it in public areas thus people can access it easily. We hope residents can get used to wash their hands," he stated, Wednesday (4/1).

He explained, one portable sink for each urban villages, namely Cilangkap, Pondok Ranggon, Munjul, Ceger, Cipayung, Lubang Buaya, Bambu Apus and Setu.

His side also encourages all residents to perform a clean and healthy lifestyle by washing hands using soap before and after doing their activities.
