Executives Expected to Accommodate Positive Inputs from The Community

Jakarta Council (DPRD) Chairman, Prasetio Edi Marsudi asked the executives to accommodate positive inputs of the community in overcoming problems due to the corona pandemic.

We need to be open to all inputs from all elements of society

It was said in his speech at Jakarta Provincial Development Planning Consultative Meeting (Musrenbang) 2020 through a teleconference, Thursday (4/23).

DPRD Vice Chairwoman Supports Extension of PSBB

"We need to be open to all inputs from all elements of society, especially related to residents needs and its urgency, as well as issues that should be addressed immediately," he asserted.

His side also reminds the executives can filter those inputs based on their priority scale.

He realized that many problems should be solved by the city right now, including COVID-19 handling and how to accelerate the recovery from the impacts.

This issue, he considered, will affect city's work programs in 2020 and 2021.

"Musrenbang is a good opportunity for the government to socialize its plans and programs that can be used as guidelines to prepare city budget (APBD) for the coming year," he mentioned.
