Various Circles Continue Collaborating to Help Handling COVID-19

The COVID-19 Handling Task Force Secretariat has received social aid from government agencies, the business world, social institutions, associations and volunteer groups and individuals.

"192 social institutions, government agencies, associations, businesses have distributed various social aid to us," expressed Jakarta Regional Cooperation Bureau (KSD) Acting Head, Andhika, Monday (5/11).

He explained that social aid received was in the form of hamzat suits, gloves, masks, hand sanitizers, bagpack sprayers, infusion pumps, google glasses, washcloths, nurse cap, rapid test kits, boots, shoe protectors, surgical gowns, disinfectant liquids, disinfection chambers, portable sink and staple food (natura).

"It is very important in the field to contain the spread of COVID-19," he explained.

He went on to say that it would be redistributed to hospitals, police apparatuses and army, including citizens.

"Every Sunday, we distribute social aid to the Health Agency to be forwarded to the cremation team, Polda Metro Jaya, Kodam Jaya and staple food for citizens in Cakung Timur," he told.

He expressed his grateful and appreciation for the sincerity and all support to the Jakarta Provincial Government in the effort to stop the COVID-19 pandemic.

"Support can be directly delivered to the Jakarta COVID-19 Task Force Secretariat, City Hall, Blok G on the second floor or via jdcn.jakarta.go.id and Chat Center at 081196000196 and 081196000197," he closed.
