Rapid Test Held for Tens Kayu Manis Urban Village Residents

As many as 60 residents of Kayu Manis Urban Village, Matraman, East Jakarta undergone rapid test which held by urban village and Matraman Sub-district Puskesmas.

Rapid test is needed to detect positive COVID-19 patients early

Kayu Manis Urban Village Secretary, Affan Alvian mentioned, this is the third rapid test held for the residents. Previously, rapid test was held for 70 residents on Tuesday (5/12) and 80 residents on Wednesday (5/13).

"On rapid test carried out on Tuesday, two people confirmed positive COVID-19 and also one person on Wednesday. They have been requested for conducting swab test in Puskesmas," he explained, Thursday (5/14).

Rapid test participants are based on ODP and PDP data in Kayu Manis Urban Village.

"Rapid test is needed to detect positive COVID-19 patients early thus personnel can work fast and on target to overcome and prevent COVID-19 transmission," he asserted.
