COVID-19, Kalianyar Receives 1,102 Packages of Social Aid

As many as 1,102 packages of social aid from Jakarta Provincial Government have been delivered to residents living in Kalianyar Urban Village, Tambora, West Jakarta.

Kalianyar Urban Village Head Daniel Azka Alfarobi said aid was distributed in nine RWs through the RT/RW caretakers to be handed over directly to locals.
"They (residents) don't need to gather around to get social aid. We will come door to door to avoid the crowd in order to curb transmission of COVID-19," he expressed, Wednesday (5/27).
PT Jakpro Distributes 840 Packages of Basic NeedsOf 1,102 packages, 108 were sent to RW 01, 112 were for RW 02, 65 packages were for RW 03, 83 were for RW 04, 68 were for RW 05, 83 were for RW 06, 71 were for RW 07, 118 were for RW 08 and 53 were for RW 08.
Nevertheless there were still 341 packages with no detailed address. Therefore, his party checked first and then sent back to the RW to be submitted to the recipient.
"Each package contains two sacks of 5-kg rice, one liter of cooking oil, four cans of 115-gram sardines, one can of 480-gram biscuit, 80-gram soap, flour, vermicelli, soy sauce and cloth masks," he stated.
