The Legislative Council (DPRD)'s Commission E Member Muhammad Thamrin, appreciated the Jakarta Education Agency's policy to start teaching and learning activities (KBM) in schools after the coronavirus outbreak ends.
According to him, its policy already meet the aspirations of the community and health agencies regarding child safety concerns if KBM remain to be implemented during COVID-19.

He hoped that it could be an antidote to their anxiety that had questioned the plan to start the KBM, which was conveyed through the Jakarta Education Agency's Decree number 467/2020 on education calendar's academic year 2020/2021.
"Hopefully this decision and information can be an antidote to community anxiety," he hoped.
