Homestay Used for Self-isolation in Tidung Island Sprayed with Disinfectant

North Jakarta and Thousand Islands Gulkarmat Sub-agency Sector 8 Unit sterilized homestay at RT 01/01 Tidung Island Urban Village, South Thousand Islands which previously used as self-isolation site for residents indicated reactive to COVID-19.

Gulkarmat Sector 8 Unit Head, Eko Mahendro mentioned, disinfectant spraying was carried out to follow up request from task force and South Thousand Islands Sub-district's Medical Team.

"We deploy four personnel and one unit water sprayer to spray homestay's inside and outside area," he informed, Saturday (7/25).

Central Jakarta Gulkarmat Conducts Disinfectant Spraying 1,857 Times

Using 20 liters of disinfectant liquid, Gulkarmat personnel started to spray homestay's yard and its surrounding area, then its furniture, bedroom, living room, restroom.

"We hope it will be sterile again before other self-isolation patients use it," he conveyed.
